Problem 

Bike New York’s Bike Path program was making a meaningful impact on justice-involved individuals, but had no video content to showcase its work. Without compelling visuals, it struggled to communicate the programs success to donors, limiting fundraising potential and broader awareness.

Solution

In order to increase donor engagement, we highlighted the real-world impact of the program. Focusing on participant’s personal journeys, we created a fundraising campaign built around the Bike Path graduation. That video became the foundation for a series of shorter edits across emails and social channels, ensuring every touchpoint reinforced the graduates’ experience and inspired donors, amplifying the initiative’s fundraising potential.
